The "Christian Church" is a body of believers and followers of Jesus Christ. Each individual believer has been led by the Spirit of God, to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. Upon public profession of our faith we have been baptized by immersion, following the example of our Savior (Matthew 3; Mark 1; Luke 3), and united with this body.

We commonly hold to the following beliefs:

BIBLE

The Bible, both Old and New Testament, is the divinely inspired Word of God. All Scripture is completely inerrant and trustworthy and is the authority by which we judge our lives. 

The Bible is the authority under which we make all operating decisions and all Romantic Blessings products and policies shall be consistent with Scripture (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

GOD

There is only one living and true God. He reveals Himself to us as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being. This one God is the creator and sustainer of the universe. (Genesis 1-2; Matthew 3:16-17)

MAN

Man is the crowning work of God's creation and is created in the image of God. He created them male and female with distinct roles within the human race. We believe these roles to be specific to the gender identity at birth and that the gender identity should not be manipulated by man. (Genesis 1:26-27)

SIN

Man sinned against God by his free choice and brought sin into the human race. (Genesis 3; Romans 3:23) The punishment for sin is death and eternal separation from God in hell. (Romans 6:23) However, God loved us so much that He sent His Son, Christ Jesus, to die (shed His blood) for our sins so that every person could be saved if they will by faith, trust in Him as their Savior. (Romans 5:8; Romans 10:9-13)

SALVATION

Salvation is a free gift of God offered to any and all who will confess their sin, repent of their sin, and surrender to Jesus Christ as the Lord of their life. (Romans 10:9-13) Salvation comes as a work of God's grace through an individual's faith in Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9). Therefore, it is our duty to treat all people according to God's grace and mercy.

BAPTISM AND THE LORD'S SUPPER

We believe two ordinances are taught by Scripture. Baptism is the immersion of a believer in water which is an act of obedience symbolizing a believer's faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Savior, the believer's death to sin, the burial of the old life, and the resurrection to walk in newness of life in Christ Jesus. The act of baptism follows the salvation of a believer. (Matthew 3:13-17; 28:18-20) The Lord's Supper is a symbolic act of remembering the sacrificial death of our Savior and His anticipated second coming. This ordinance is observed by those who have professed faith in Jesus Christ. (Matthew 26:26-29; 1 Corinthians 11:17-34)

EVANGELISM AND DISCIPLESHIP

It is both our duty and privilege as followers of Christ to seek to win souls to Christ by the witness of our words and lifestyles and to disciple new believers into a growing relationship with the Lord. In accordance with Acts 1:8 our witness is to reach out both locally and to extend to the ends of the earth. (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8)

STEWARDSHIP

Because God is creator of all that is, He is also the owner of everything. He has given us stewardship of the things of this life. We therefore willingly bring our tithes (10%) and offerings of monetary blessings to the Church for use in expanding His kingdom throughout the world. We are also God's stewards of the time, talents and spiritual gifts He has given to us. (Malachi 3:10; 1 Peter 4:10)

MARRIAGE AND FAMILY

We believe the family to be ordained by God and that marriage is the foundational institution of human society. We hold to the Biblical definition of marriage as a covenant relationship between one man and one woman in the presence and love and blessings of God and excluding all others (Genesis 1:27; 2:21-25). 

Our Prayers for Romantic Blessings are:

• By taking the leap of faith to establish Romantic Blessings we pray we will fulfill the mission the Holy Spirit has placed upon our hearts to remind couples that you can have a fulfilled sexual life with your spouse and still be in line with God’s ideal for marriage .
• We pray that the products, resources, and business partnerships we offer through Romantic Blessings will honor God by helping couples grow closer to each other in their marriages. Thus, bringing them, as one flesh, closer to God and closer to His design for the Christian marriage.
• We pray that at least one marriage that is not being reached in any other way will be truly and intimately blessed through the products and resources offered through Romantic Blessings.
• We pray that couples, or individuals, will be blessed through our resources by knowing that God truly loves them and cares for their needs.
• In our prayers we get strength to not let the focus of Romantic Blessings be corrupted by money or led by greed. We continually pray and receive strength to always stay focused on honoring God in all that we do and all that we offer.
• We pray daily for God's direction for Romantic Blessings. We pray daily that every product, service, and business partnership we associate with Romantic Blessings is led by God.

The above statements are what we pray for daily. What we would like to ask of you is that you add Romantic Blessings to your personal prayer list. We ask you to pray that God will give us discernment in all that we do, that we will continue to listen to God’s still voice, and that we will recognize God's guidance in all that we do.
